Sharing the results of our research and the relevant information we use, make the collaborative work increasingly visible and more widely spread. The CETAF community has since years been working to realise the DiSSCo research infrastructure. Today, it opened the call for applications to become a member of its General Assembly, a major milestone for DiSSCo and shows its maturity, a direct consequence of the maturity of the underpinning community.

On 13 and 14 November, Biodiversa and the European Commission (DG Research & Innovation; DG Environment) jointly organised a strategic workshop to discuss a potential European co-funded Partnership on Biodiversity under Horizon Europe. The event took place in Brussels at the Palais des Académies. Being in proximity to our offices, CETAF took the opportunity and participated in this strategically important event.

On Tuesday 30 July 2019, the BIOTALENT project held its final EU Conference titled:
"The BIOTALENT project: Innovative Education, the Best Investment to Increase Engagement in Science".
This conference was a full day event prepared by project coordinator Isabella Van de Velde and hosted by the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS) at Brussels.
